Peace for the world

Last night I had opportunity to attend and photograph opening of the very special exhibit at the UNLV at The Tam Hall. The exhibit is called: "Gandhi, King, Ikeda: A Legacy of Building Peace" and was created with the hope that by examining the lives of Mohandas K. Gandhi, Martin Lither King Jr. and Daisaku Ikeda , viewers will find these noble ideas and principles within the grasp of their own daily way of leaving and had a desire to create an existence filled with dignity, freedom and happiness for all people. NONVIOLENCE - what a beautiful message! I encourage everybody to see this exhibit , it will be at the UNLV for the next couple weeks.

"Each one of us must find
his peace from within.
And peace to be real must be
unaffected by outside circumstances"

"In the moment of our trial
and our triumph, let me declare my faith.
I believe in loving my enemies."
- Mohandas K. Gandhi-

"Peace is not merely a distant goal
that we seek, but a means by
which we arrive at that goal."
-Martin Luter King, Jr.-

"Nothing is more precious then peace.
Peace is the most basic
starting point for the
advancement of humankind."
-Daisaku Ikeda-
